Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team at Hackney Council. Duties and Responsibilities Carries out statutory assessments for children and young people with disabilities. Manages complex caseloads including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children. Develops and reviews care plans to meet the needs of children and families. Works collaboratively with multi-agency partners, including health and education services. Applies a sound knowledge of disability, safeguarding, and relevant legislation. Maintains timely, accurate, and analytical case recording in line with local and statutory standards.
