Day-to-day of the role: Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, managing two team mailboxes.Respond to initial queries from customers in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.Ensure the customer database is consistently updated with accurate and quality information.Provide general support to senior team members.Assist in the delivery of evolving processes through the use of technology to enhance customer service.Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
