The Role Our client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their team, based in Sittingbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical building services projects across South and South East England. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for mechanical building services projects. Review drawings, specifications, tender documents and project requirements to establish the full scope of works. Calculate quantities and costs for labour, materials, plant, equipment and subcontractor packages. Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing. Estimate costs for mechanical installations, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, pipework and plant room works.
