Simply Education is seeking dynamic, proactive, and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Crewe from September 2025. This is an ideal opportunity to gain invaluable classroom-based experience while developing your understanding of curriculum delivery and behaviour for learning strategies in a school setting.

The Role - Key Responsibilities:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-set lesson plans and learning activities in the absence of the classroom teacher. Support student''s engagement, progress, and positive behaviour in line with school policies. Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment, promoting differentiation and equality of opportunity. Encourage independent learning while maintaining clear learning objectives. Provide effective supervision across a range of subjects and key stages (KS3 and KS4).

What We''re Looking For:
Enthusiastic individuals with strong classroom management skills and a genuine interest in education. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a positive, can-do attitude. Previous experience working with young people (e.g., in education, coaching, youth work or mentoring) is desirable. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
