Their focus includes producing business as usual billing, reducing unbilled accounts, resolving suspended billing issues, and managing our consolidated monthly billing process. Across the department, our primary goal is to deliveraccurate and timely bills to customers within agreed timeframes. You''ll also be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed records of all customer communications and actions taken, ensuring full compliance with our procedures.
