Evolve are looking for Events Team Leaders to join our growing team. We are looking for people who are passionate and keen to deliver great customer service in various locations in and around Birmingham.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORPrevious Team Leader experience is essentialProven record of managing individuals and teamsAbility to perform well under pressureGood organisational skillsAbility to train staffConfidence to brief staff and recognise training needsAble to organise more than one operational area at a timeSKILLS and ABILITIESGood customer service skills, technical skills and attention to detailAble to work on your own initiative and motivate othersAbility to problem solveEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to train staffWine and bar service skillsWork in an organised mannerTo work as an effective team member under pressure and to deadlinesUp to date skills knowledgeAble to promote food and drinks as required
