Working with product, research, marketing and operational teams, you will measure performance, analyse customer behaviour and turn complex information into practical recommendations that improve user experience, efficiency and commercial outcomes.This role is suited to a data and analytics professional with strong quantitative skills, experience creating dashboards and the confidence to explain findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.The RoleYou will support the measurement, analysis and reporting of product and service performance, developing metrics across the customer and learner journey.
