Build working relationships with clients either by phone or by emailManage client technical queries, including making adjustments to their policies, handling claims, upselling, and cross-sellingSpeak with new and potential clients and present insurance solutionsHandle the renewal register, rebroking each risk using online platformsIdentify new business opportunities through networkingWork alongside the DirectorQualifications

Experience within insurance broking and account managementInsurance qualifications (CII) are desirable if little experienceKnowledge of Acturis and risk presentations is essential - support can be givenExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsGreat telephone manner and confidence - easily builds rapport and customer relationshipsGeneral business knowledgeExperience in presenting to new clients in a confident manner
