D365 Technical Consultant
We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Technical Consultant to support and enhance their Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role will play a key part in delivering technical solutions that support student life cycle management, admissions, engagement, and internal stakeholder needs.The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and university stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable D365 CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and dashboards Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET Support system integrations using APIs, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure services Provide technical leadership and guidance on D365 best practices Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues Support deployments, upgrades, and environment management Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions Produce clear technical documentation Required Skills andamp; Experience Strong hands-on experience as a D365 CRM Technical Consultant Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) Strong C#/.NET development skills Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration Solid understanding of D365 security model and data architecture Experience working in compl
