Think Accountancy and Finance are recruiting a Management Accountant to join a growing UK finance team based in Watford. Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with the UK Finance Director, this is a broad, hands-on accounting role with responsibility across core management accounting, balance sheet ownership and operational finance.This role could suit two distinct candidates - someone Qualified who enjoys clear structure, ownership and consistency, and is happy being a dependable pair of hands in a busy finance function. Alternatively, it would also suit a part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) who is a few exams from qualifying and wants strong all-round experience rather than a fast-track progression role.
