Building Safety and Facilities
Manager to lead compliance across a portfolio of high-rise residential buildings. If you’re passionate about fire safety, hard FM, and protecting residents, this is your chance to make a real impact.This is an important role, based in London and we’re looking for a highly qualified, driven professional to lead on Building Safety Act 2022 compliance, manage Building Assessment Certificates, and ensure the high-rise portfolio is always safe, compliant, and future-ready.You’ll be the key contact for the Building Safety Regulator, oversee safety case reports, ensure statutory compliance, and mentor a dedicated Building Safety Coordinator. From audits and inspections to engaging with residents and stakeholders, this is your chance to make a real impact in the sector.Requirements:A proven track record in managing Health and Safety within high-rise residential buildings, especially fire safety mattersIWFM member (or higher)NEBOSH or equivalent HandS qualificationStrong experience in fire safety and hard FM complianceSkilled at managing people, consultants, and outsourced servicesIf you’re passionate about building safety, compliance, and protecting residents, we’d love to hear from you.
