The company is a key player in the production and promotion of over 200 live events annually including concerts, immersive experiences, and large-scale productions.This position sits within a dynamic and fast-paced division of the business and will play a crucial role in financial oversight and commercial decision-making. It offers a hybrid working arrangement from modern offices in London. Key Responsibilities: Monitor event budgets, ensuring alignment between actual cash flow and forecasts. Collaborate with commercial leadership to resolve budget discrepancies. Prepare and present detailed financial analysis and performance reports to senior stakeholders. Investigate budget vs. actual variances and recommend corrective actions. Reconcile event and project accounts for accuracy and completeness. Update forecasts by reviewing revenue and cost assumptions; manage accruals. Support cross-functional teams (e.g., events, marketing, advertising) with ad hoc financial analysis.
