We are looking for a Service Manager to join us across our two services in Chobham and Woking, Surrey. The role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, brain injuries and autism, including people who are non-verbal and may display behaviours that challenge. You will have the amazing opportunity to make a wonderful impact on people s lives and to build and lead a great team who you will support on shifts as part of the role, receiving full support from the beginning of your journey with us. In this role you will motivate and inspire your team to provide outstanding support through effective training, coaching, and leadership by example. Acting as a role model you will empower the people we support to have active and fulfilling lives aligned with their needs and aspirations. You will be responsible for transitions of the people we support, Rotas , support plans, managing budgets, and monthly reports as well as recruitment, development and management of staff. On call duties will also be included. Due to the role, a majority of the working week will be Monday-Friday 9-5; however, there is some flexibility to adjust these hours across the week to suit the service.
