A Manufacturing client of ours in the Ipswich area are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Salary is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Your key duties in this Sales Administrator role will include but are not limited to:

• Providing sales support to the Flooring Team
• Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Liaising with customers and providing a high level of customer service
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with estimating and preparing quotations
• Maintaining accurate records and inputting data onto computer systems
• Preparing, printing, copying and distributing documents
• Carrying out general office and administrative duties as required

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

• Previous experience in a sales role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to process information accurately and meet deadlines
• A positive, professional and team-focused approach
