To ensure the EYFS curriculum is promoted and delivered to an outstanding level within the setting. To assist staff development and training To actively promote and support the overall safeguarding of the setting. To have a key role in the planning and monitoring of the nursery and implementing essential policies and procedures. To lead a team of professional workers, always ensuring outstanding practice.
