IT Business Analyst 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | £60,000 - £65,000 Location: Surrey (Hybrid - 3 days on site) We are recruiting an experienced IT-focused Business Analyst to join a well-established organisation on a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting the delivery of business-critical systems and transformation initiatives. This role is heavily delivery-oriented, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end system implementation (eg HR, ERP, Finance platforms). You will play a key role in shaping solutions, working closely with third-party suppliers, and ensuring successful implementation from requirements through to delivery. Operating within a Matrix environment, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to ensure solutions are aligned, scalable and deliver real business value.
