Role Overview

We are currently recruiting experienced Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs) and Theatre Nurses to support a well-established private hospital in Lincolnshire.

This opportunity is ideal for theatre professionals seeking flexible working arrangements within a supportive and professional surgical environment. Successful candidates will work as part of an experienced perioperative team delivering high-quality patient care across multiple theatre disciplines.

You will play a key role in maintaining patient safety, supporting surgical procedures, and ensuring excellent clinical standards throughout the perioperative journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative support across theatre services
• Work within Anaesthetics, Recovery and/or Scrub specialities
• Assist surgical teams during procedures while maintaining patient safety
• Prepare theatre environments, equipment, and patients for surgery
• Deliver high standards of clinical care within a private hospital setting
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection prevention protocols
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary theatre team

Key Requirements

• Minimum 12 months UK Theatre experience
• Experience in Anaesthetics, Recovery and/or Scrub
• Valid HCPC registration (ODP) or NMC registration (Theatre Nurse)
• Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
• Strong clinical knowledge within perioperative practice
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient safety and high clinical standards
