Growing group seeking a Management Accountant to strengthen financial control and improve operational reporting as the business continues to expand.The role will take ownership of the monthly reporting process and support the development of scalable finance processes across the group.This role would suit an experienced Management Accountant seeking a hands-on role within a growing SME environment.Salary: £50,000 - £55,000Key responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts with analysis of financial performance and key variancesResponsibility for balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining accurate accounting recordsContribution to group reporting requirements and financial information submissionsMonitoring receivables and supporting effective credit control processesManagement of the fixed asset register including depreciation calculationsPreparation of audit schedules and coordination with external auditors during year endEnsuring compliance with VAT, payroll and other statutory reporting obligationsAssisting with cashflow forecasting and monitoring working capital performanceSupporting improvements to finance processes, controls and reporting structures Involvement in ad hoc finance initiatives and projects as the business continues to expand IPS Finance has 45 years'' experience in the Yorkshire accountancy recruitment market.
