Following continued growth and new contract wins, the company is looking for an experienced Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator to take ownership of their own client accounts, coordinating planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites over a large geographical area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building strong client relationships and managing engineers and subcontractors to ensure maintenance jobs are completed efficiently and within agreed deadlines. The Role Working closely with the Helpdesk Manager, you will manage your own client accounts and ensure maintenance requirements are dealt with efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will include: Managing planned and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites. Taking ownership of client accounts and understanding individual client requirements. Scheduling and coordinating engineers and subcontractors across a large geographical area.
