This role combines Project Management responsibilities with Clerk of Works duties, making it ideal for someone with a strong construction delivery background who enjoys being on site and maintaining exceptional quality standards.You will work closely with contractors, project stakeholders and client teams, carrying out inspections, monitoring progress, identifying defects, managing risks and ensuring works are completed in line with project specifications and regulatory requirements.WE NEED THE DV CLEARED CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER TO HAVE Active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance (MOD) Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager, Site Manager, Construction Manager, Clerk of Works, Site Inspector or ..... full job details .....
