Engineering Manager / Technical Manager / Engineering Director / Technical Director required for a manufacturer of Flexible Printed Circuits (FPC), Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and specialist connector solutions into the automotive sector near Bromsgrove.-

The successful Engineering Manager / Technical Manager will have experience with Flexible Printed Circuit Boards (FPC), Printed Circuit Boards (PCBS), Connector Solutions and Automotive Electronics with strong Project Management experience. This is an onsite role, the successful Engineering Manager will need to be- commutable to Bromsgrove, (relocation package available).-

• Lead, develop and expand the engineering team-
• Oversee project delivery from conception through to completion
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and external design consultancies
• Manage budgets, capital investment and cost control for engineering and manufacturing projects-
• Ensure engineering standards, risk management and product quality throughout programs-

• Degree Qualified in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic)-
• Strong background in automotive engineering with strong experience in new product development and team leadership-
• Project Management experience including mangement of PM''s
• Flexible Printed Circuits (FPC) Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), Connector Solutions and Automotive Electronics experience-
