The Role We''re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team, ideally someone who understands the pace, challenges and excitement of recruiting within field marketing, promotional staffing, experiential marketing or brand ambassador environments. This is a hands-on recruitment role where you''ll take ownership of hiring campaigns across a variety of customer-facing roles including Product Sales Advisor, Brand Ambassadors, Team Leaders, Merchandisers, Field Sales Executives, Event Staff and Sampling Teams.
