Warehouse Operative

AM2PM are recruiting dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team in the Burton Area, DE14. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking for stable, long-term work with a structured shift pattern. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities.

Candidates from the wider Birmingham area can purchase a bus tickets for £9 for a return, with bus pick-up points available at Erdington, Aston, and Witton. Candidates from the Birmingham area are welcome to apply, provided they can drive or arrange transportation to these pick-up locations.

• Location: Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, DE14
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
• Shift Times: Days 10:00-22:00 OR Nights 22:00-10:00
• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour, days OR £13.26 per hour, nights

• Basic English proficiency is required to pass the assessment during the induction process.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
• Efficiently pick, pack, and process orders according to company standards.
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly (training will be provided if necessary).
