You''ll play a key role in keeping production running by maintaining plant machinery, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance.If you''re a proactive engineer with strong fault-finding skills and a passion for continuous improvement, we''d love to hear from you.What You''ll Be DoingResponding quickly to machinery breakdowns to minimise production downtime.Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs on plant and production equipment.Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to agreed schedules.Identifying root causes of recurring faults and recommending continuous improvement solutions.Performing routine inspections and safety checks across site equipment.Supporting the installation and maintenance of manufacturing machinery.Supervising contractors and ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures.Working closely with production teams to ensure equipment reliability.Supporting and mentoring colleagues where required.What We''re Looking ForA recognised engineering qualification such as an Apprenticeship, BTEC, City and Guilds, or NVQ Level 3.Previous maintenance engineering experience within a ..... full job details .....
