The work is diverse, engaging, and ideal for someone eager to take ownership of files and build client relationships.Key responsibilities include:Managing and progressing a mixed caseload of corporate and commercial property matters, including leases, property sales, and acquisitions.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transactional documents such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, and ancillary corporate documentation.Supporting on MandA transactions (both share and asset purchases), company restructuring, and shareholder changes, primarily for private companies.Assisting with property transactions, including Crown land purchases, licenses to assign, and lease matters.Conducting detailed legal research and analysis to support ongoing transactions and compliance.L
