The consultancy delivers professional cost management and project management services across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to join a supportive and growing team, working with respected developers, investors and property clients throughout Yorkshire and the wider UK.The Quantity Surveyor RoleThe successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering projects from the early feasibility stages through procurement, construction and final account.Working closely with clients and project teams, the Quantity Surveyor will provide traditional quantity surveying services alongside Employer''s Agent duties.
