Site Manager 52,500 - 60,000 Full-time, Permanent My client is a well-established construction company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the region. Currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a variety of construction projects (residential and commercial), overseeing day-to-day site operations, and driving the project from groundwork to handover. About the Role: As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Manage and coordinate all phases of the build, from groundworks to final finishes Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries Monitor progress against the programme and report regularly to the Contracts Manager Enforce and maintain site health and safety standards and carry out site inductions/toolbox talks Keep accurate site records and ensure all documentation is completed Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and local authorities Requirements: Proven experience managing projects Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred), and First Aid at Work certification Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractor teams under tight deadlines Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and construction quality standards What is on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits
