This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong technical offering across Building Management Systems (BMS), energy efficiency and intelligent building solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities and helping customers improve the performance and efficiency of their buildings. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue.Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial buildings, end users, consultants, contractors and other relevant stakeholders.Promote BMS, building controls and energy management solutions to new and existing customers.Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial tenders in collaboration with internal technical teams.Work closely with project delivery, engineering and service teams to ensure customer requirements are met.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing opportunities from initial engagement through to successful completion.Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to expand the company''s presence within the ..... full job details .....
