This is a customer-facing role, so you''ll need to take pride in both the quality of your work and the service you provide.Day-to-Day DutiesComplete carpentry repairs and installations within domestic properties.Carry out additional multi-trade work, including basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, and general maintenance.Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.Build positive relationships with tenants while working in their homes.Keep accurate records of completed work where required.About YouTo be considered, you''ll need:NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds qualification in Carpentry or another relevant trade.Previous experience working within social housing, local authority, or ..... full job details .....
