Business Intelligence Analyst

to support data analysis, reporting, and insight generation across multiple departments, with a strong focus on finance and cloud-based systems. This role involves close collaboration with Finance, Business Operations, Product Management and Cloud Engineering teams to translate data into meaningful business value.You will help develop and maintain dashboards, support financial and operational reporting, assist with data migration efforts, and contribute to requirement gathering for reporting-related features. Familiarity with financial data and ERP systems is essential.Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain business dashboards and analytics solutions using data from both on-premise and cloud systems.Extract, transform, and visualise data for internal reporting and customer-facing deliverables.Translate operational needs into actionable insights in collaboration with stakeholders.Document requirements for small to medium-sized features focused on data and reporting workflows.Work with engineering teams on data models, report automation, and data migration validation.Support ad hoc reporting requests from Business, Sales, and Support teams.Collaborate with Finance to develop and automate financial reports, forecasts, and dashboards.Use Excel Jet Reports to build and maintain financial reports integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.Assist in validating and reconciling financial data during reporting automation and migration projects.Required Skills and Qualifications

Solid understanding of financial terminology, KPIs, and accounting principles.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning tools.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems.Proficiency in Excel Jet Reports for financial reporting.Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Familiarity with cloud data services (e.g., Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Data Factory).Understanding of structured data and data pipeline concepts.Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.Nice to Have

Experience with AWS analytics tools (Athena, Glue, Redshift, S3).Experience in healthcare or regulated data environments (e.g., GDPR).Basic understanding of requirement gathering and agile delivery practices.Company Benefits
