You''ll play a key role in embedding a proactive safety culture and influencing best practice throughout the business.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to project and operational teams, delivering practical, risk-based solutions that add real value.Develop and maintain clear, concise reports, procedures, and guidance aligned to corporate standards.Lead and manage a risk-focused audit and inspection programme to identify strengths and areas for improvement.Support project teams in meeting legal and industry requirements, including CDM and integrated management systems.Analyse data and trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.Promote a culture of "Safety First" through engagement and collaboration at all levels.What We''re Looking ForQualifications:NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6/7 qualificationChartered (or working towards) membership of IOSH or similarISO 45001 Audito
