You will carry out a range of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, with a strong focus on groundworks, hard landscaping and external fabric repairs.The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping sites safe, compliant, well maintained and fully operational while delivering a high standard of workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance in line with service level agreements (SLAs)Carry out groundworks and hard landscaping repairs, including channel drain repairs, manhole replacement, slab laying, block paving, minor brickwork repairs, kerb repairs, tarmac repairs, concreting and fencingRepair and maintain external site areas, including walkways, paving, kerbs and forecourt surfacesComplete general building fabric repairs, including minor ..... full job details .....
