As an Associate ITS, you’ll be a technical expert responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AlinIQ solutions. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project execution.Responsibilities

Execute project work plans with a focus on timely delivery and risk mitigationConfigure and integrate AlinIQ products to customer specificationsDeliver user training and provide ongoing supportBuild strong relationships with key customersMaintain accurate project documentation and systems of recordParticipate in team and customer meetingsTravel to client sites occasionallyQualifications

Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical/Hospital Informatics, or related fieldsExperience in informatics applications or relevant lab/technical experienceStrong understanding of database applications and business processesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTechnical proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or SmartSheetAbility to work independently with attention to detail and qualityA customer-first mindset with a willingness to innovate and escalate issues constructivelyWhy Join Us?
