Responsibilities of the Operations Manager Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will: Hold accountabilities for the safe, reliable, and commercially effective operation of the anaerobic digestion, biogas, and biomethane assets. Lead day to day operations across feedstock reception and preparation, digestion, biogas treatment, upgrading, compressions, and grid injections as needed on site. Provide visible, technically credible leadership to operators, engineers and contractors Own the operating strategy for stable digestion and high, consistent gas yield, balancing organic loading, hydraulic retention, mixing, temperature, alkalinity and feedstock characteristics.
