We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join one of our valued clients, playing a key role in delivering a high-quality service to customers.You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently, professionally and in line with internal service standards. This is a fast-paced and varied position where strong communication and organisational skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:Liaising with customers to identify and prioritise reported issuesArranging and coordinating appointments for customers requiring supportManaging a central inbox and responding to calls and emails in a professional and timely mannerLogging and updating information on internal systemsMaintaining accurate records to ensure timely resolutionsCoordinating with contractors to ensure works are completed as requiredBooking appointments and scheduling worksProviding regular progress updates to customersManaging diaries and schedulesUploading documentation and maintaining system accuracyWhat We''re Looking For:Previous experience in a similar customer service or coordination roleStrong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage a
