On offer is a fantastic opportunity for a Production Manager looking to oversee and support a varied production team acting as the central link between planning shop floor execution and production capacity across the manufacturing function.

In this position you will oversee production, play a key part in the scheduling, train and develop staff, organization and optimization of company processes, and supervise a variety of production and site based teams to ensure high standards are maintained.

This position would suit a Production Manager, or a Production Team Leader wanting to step up, looking for an autonomous role where they can put their own stamp on production process and infrastructure.

• Production Manger
• Strong man planning and capacity management skills
• Manufacturing/ Production based Supervisory experience
