This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking business offering genuine career progression, a varied workload and the chance to work on complex, high value projects.Performance ObjectivesManage the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through to final account.Prepare tenders, budgets, Bills of Quantities and cost forecasts.Monitor project costs, providing accurate financial reporting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Procure subcontractors and suppliers, managing contracts, valuations and payments.Measure and value completed works, managing variations and final accounts.Produce monthly CVRs and commercial reports.Work closely with Project Managers, site teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.Ensure all commercial activities are carried out in line with company procedures and contractual requirements.Person SpecificationPrevious experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor within the ..... full job details .....
