You will join us on a permanent basis with Full Time, Part Time and Relief hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.30 per hour. The Support Worker role: Your role will be to support 4 people with a learning disability to achieve their objectives and deliver complexed health support within the community in a 24hr supported living setting. As a support worker you will be part of an inclusive team empowered to create innovated ways to support people to achieve their own personal goals, living the life they choose. Supporting people to access the community for a variety of activities, day to day living and wellbeing.
