Assembly Operative needed in Bourton-on-the-Water. Paying: £13.00ph, increased to £13.45ph after full company training, Working Pattern: 4-day working week, Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 16:00. Overtime available. Immediate start available for the right candidate following 
We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our manufacturing client based in Bourton-on-the-Water on a temporary assignment. 
This role involves assembling high-quality medical devices within a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, including some labelling, basic assembly and packing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling precision components and medical devices within a cleanroom environment
• Following strict manufacturing procedures, GMP standards and quality requirements
• Meeting production targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ensuring all work meets quality and compliance requirements
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to support production goals

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)
• Excellent attention to detail, dexterity and patience
• Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Reliable with strong timekeeping and work ethic
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Positive, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn
