A well-established, growing construction and building consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Director of Building Surveying to join its London team. This is a senior leadership role with a clear opportunity to shape and grow a building surveying offering within an already successful multidisciplinary business. You will be working closely with 2 Senior Directors who have recently joined the company to develop it''s Project and Building Consultancy division.There is excellent potential to become a Director of the company in the near future as the team continues to grow. The position is based in the City of London with flexible hybrid working and will suit an experienced chartered Building Surveyor who is comfortable balancing project delivery, professional services and team leadership.The Role You will take a leading role in delivering a wide range of project and professional building surveying services while also managing and developing a small team.
