Compliance ManagerAnnual Salary: £55,000-£65,000pa Location: SurreyJob Type: Full-timeReed have partnered with a company who are seeking a Compliance Manager to join their team, to ensure the organisation meets all statutory, regulatory, and contractual compliance obligations, particularly in line with The NHS Standard Contract Particulars, Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements, and internal governance frameworks. This role is crucial for developing and embedding effective compliance monitoring systems, providing expert advice, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement in quality, safety, and accountability.Day-to-day of the role:Develop, implement, and oversee compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with The NHS Standard Contract Particulars, legislation, and regulatory requirements.Monitor compliance against internal and external audits, including CQC standards, NHS England regulations, and Information Governance Toolkit.Prepare reports and assurance papers for the management board, internal committee members, and external regulators.Support incident investigations under the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF).Manage complaints in line with NHS and ISCAS Code of Practice for Complaints Management.Develop, implement, and maintain a suite of compliance policies and procedures aligned with the NHS and regulatory requirements.
