A-fantastic-opportunity-to-join-a-growing-and-progressive-company-who-are-looking-for-a-Project-Manager-to-be-based-out-of-their-Kent-office.-The-Project-Manager-will-be-overseeing-multiple-sites-which-typically-are-fit-out/-refurbishment-projects-reporting-into-the-Construction-Director.

The-role:

Office-based-with-travelling-to-sites-which-can-be-nationwide.-Working-alongside-the-QS,-Contracts-Manager-and-Construction-Director-in-a-client-facing-delivering-fit-out/-refurbishment-schemes.

The-person:

Must-have-experience-within-fit-out-and-refurbishment,-be-able-to-run-numerous-projects-at-once,-client-facing,-good-technical/-structural-knowledge-and-design-experience.-Experience-with-a-main-contractor-on-fast-track-projects.
