The Role Reporting to the HR team, you will be responsible for delivering practical and professional employee relations advice across the organisation. You will work closely with managers and stakeholders to manage a varied caseload, ensuring matters are handled effectively, sensitively and in line with employment legislation and organisational policies. This role would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, providing trusted advice and supporting managers through a range of employee relations challenges. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, capability and conduct matters. Provide clear, practical guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues. Support and lead investigations, hearings and appeals as required.
