The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a UK Finance Manager Assets and Liabilities to join our Central Finance Team and report to the UKandI CFO. The role is based in our Liverpool office and will also involve travel to our sites across the UK. Responsibilities of the UK Finance Manager will include: Design, implement and manage centralisation of key controls and Balance Sheet accounts to the centre. Have a focus on overall company process efficiency and continuously improve our processes and get the right controls in the right place. Focus upon removing SOX control requirements at site level and moving them centrally then owning and performing these SOX controls. Control owner for centralised controls from the operating plants. Ensuring full compliance to SOX requirements including evidencing where applicable. Approval and review of key SOX and Financial Monitoring controls review/approval for operating plants. Own the Balance Sheet for all accounts
