The role is hands-on and operational, requiring strong troubleshooting skills, deep Juniper expertise, and experience working within structured IT service environments. You will be part of a senior engineering team responsible for maintaining network availability, security, and performance, with participation in an on-call rota and occasional out-of-hours work when required.
