The Role
Working across Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3 & 4), you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Key Stage 1 and the more independent learning of the upper juniors. You won''t just be "helping out"-you will be a key driver of student progress.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering high-impact interventions in English and Maths.
Supporting the class teachers across two classes to maintain high standards of learning.
Assisting students with varied needs, ensuring the curriculum is accessible to all.
Leading small group work to boost confidence and attainment levels.
Providing a positive and encouraging presence during this critical stage of child development.

Requirements
Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent/higher).
Experience: Proven experience working within Key Stage 2 is essential.
Skills: Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to lead groups independently.
Mindset: A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine desire to secure a permanent role.
Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and a minimum of two professional references.
