The Assessor will be responsible for supporting and guiding learners in achieving their Health and Social Care qualifications. Key responsibilities include assessing learner progress, delivering training sessions, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with employers and learners to meet performance targets and ensure compliance with standards is also required.Summary Of Position:The post holder will be required to deliver and assess the above qualifications through WAG funded apprenticeship programmes. All programmes are time bound and require the delivery of frameworks, including the delivery of Essential Skills and/or technical certificates where applicable.The post will demand a high degree of experience and skills and the ability to work well with others as well as being self motivated and having the ability to work to targets.H
