Credit Control and Query Resolution Administrator

Sewell Wallis is recruiting a permanent, full-time, experienced Credit Control and Query Resolution Administrator for a thriving company based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The role requires excellent customer service skills as you will work closely with your key accounts, developing good working relationships to ensure that transactions run smoothly and any queries with customer''s accounts are swiftly resolved to ensure no delays to payment. What will you be doing?Building good working relationships with customers based on respect and trustQuickly raising any issues affecting expected payments with customers and agreeing resolution, to ensure payments are made on timeCommunicating any issues with Customer payments to Sales Operations and following up to ensure successful resolutionChasing overdue accounts by telephone and emailChasing payment of resolved queriesProviding regular updates on progress of overdue accounts and escalating any issues preventing collectionPursuing overdue accounts and recommending and submitting seriously overdue accounts for legal actionRecording and maintaining accurate customer recordsAchieving company targets for the reduction of debtor days and cash collection performanceUnderstanding of queries raised and process of how to resolve issuesResolution of queries in a timely manner to ensure query value and volume are kept to a minimumAdministrative and reporting duties as required for the efficient execution of the roleWhat skills are we looking
