You''ll work closely with a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses and growing organisations while benefiting from a supportive environment, flexible working arrangements, and genuine long-term career progression.Key Responsibilities:Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion.Prepare and review statutory accounts for a range of clients.Prepare corporation tax returns and personal tax returns. Liaise directly with clients, building strong professional relationships.Identify and resolve technical accounting and audit matters.Ensure assignments are completed efficiently and within agreed deadlines.Support and mentor junior members of the team.Review work completed by trainees. Assist managers and partners with client projects and ad-hoc assignments.Support clients with general accounting and business advisory matters.Qualifications and Skills:ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified, finalist, or qualified by experience.Previous experience working within a UK accountancy practice environment.Strong audit experience with the ability to lead audits from planning to completion.
