They are seeking an experienced Technical Shopfloor Support professional to work closely with production teams, providing end-to-end technical support at shopfloor level and driving process efficiency improvements. THE TECHNICAL SHOPFLOOR SUPPORT ROLE As Technical Shopfloor Support, you will accompany the production team daily, providing line-side technical assistance and ensuring smooth production enablement. You will identify, analyse and resolve recurrent technical issues that cannot be managed by operators or First Line Managers, escalating to specialist functions where required. You will support work order management, capacity planning, industrial asset management (including jigs and tools), and continuous improvement activities aligned to Lean principles. This role also supports Quality, Logistics and Environment, Health and Safety standards, ensuring compliance and operational consistency across the shopfloor.
